Health and safety measures in place

A stay in complete confidence with reinforced hygiene and security measures

On site, we make well-being and serenity rhyme, so that you can fully enjoy your stay, without worrying about anything. At the sea as well as in the mountains, you will appreciate the wide open spaces around the hotels we offer, and inside too. The number of people is limited in order to respect the necessary distance.

In all the hotels, the protocols "Together in safety" are carefully applied:

• Disinfection of spaces and equipment
• Wearing of masks indoors (according to local regulations)
• Flexible restaurant hours, more plated meals, digital services to reduce lines
• Reinforced sanitary measures in all our Kids Clubs...
• And if necessary, a doctor or nurse is available 7 days a week.

These measures have been validated by our scientific council and audited by the renowned organization Cristal Standard International. The hotels opened since the summer of 2020 have been POSI Check certified.
